Open an image and use the crop, resize, rotate, flip, or straighten tools to change its framing and orientation. Color controls include brightness, contrast, exposure, levels, and color balance. For common fixes, PhotoPad also has auto-correction and touch-up tools for issues such as red-eye and blemishes.
Retouch tools include object removal: brush over an unwanted item in the image, then apply the removal. Noise reduction, sharpening, blur, and focus tools address other image-quality issues. PhotoPad can open common formats including JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, and BMP.
Effects can target selected areas
PhotoPad offers filters and effects such as sepia, vignette, oil painting, and cartoon. Regional Effects lets you select an area or paint over part of a photo before applying an effect, keeping the adjustment limited to that region.
