Tune a brush before drawing
Change brush parameters such as drawing spacing or spray intensity, then judge the effect in the preview as you work. Brush textures can add an analog look to a custom brush or a downloaded one. FireAlpaca also includes brushes suited to effects such as watercolor or pencil marks, alongside brushes for decorative patterns.
Post-drawing adjustment can alter a line after it has been drawn. Presets include forced fade-in and fade-out, ink pool, and hand lettering; their values can also be customized.
Set up comic panels and perspective
Use the frame work tool to lay out comic panels, or turn on the 3D perspective grid as a guide while drawing scenes with depth. Lasso Fill provides a way to fill a selected area. The reference window keeps a separate image available to consult while working on the canvas.
