Load a model from common 3D formats such as OBJ, STL, 3DS or SketchUp files, and Pepakura Designer flattens its surfaces into a pattern you print, cut and glue back together in paper. A side-by-side 3D and 2D view shows which flat piece belongs where.
Automatic unfolding creates a starting layout. For more control over how surfaces separate, specify cut lines manually and adjust the resulting arrangement.
Pattern layout and fold guides
Arrange the generated pieces by moving or rotating them, and join or separate parts to refine the sheet layout. Add paste tabs where pieces need to connect, then adjust fold lines to distinguish the folds needed during assembly.
Scaling controls let the template be resized for a project before printing. The 3D and 2D views keep the source shape and its unfolded pieces visible together while the pattern is being edited.
