What can YT Saver Video Downloader do? It is a paid program that saves videos, playlists and channels from YouTube and other sites as MP4, MKV and other formats, extracts audio and trims clips. Most video sites forbid downloading in their terms, so keep it to your own or freely licensed content.
YT Saver saves videos and playlists
Downloads start from links or from the program's built-in browser. The program can handle individual videos, playlists, channels, and multiple videos. Format and quality are chosen per download.
Video quality options listed by YT Saver range from standard resolutions through HD and higher-resolution choices. Output formats include MP4, MOV, 3GP, WMV, AVI, FLV, and MKV. Available choices depend on the source media.
Audio extraction and video conversion are built in
YT Saver can extract an audio track from a video and save it separately. Audio output formats include AAC, WAV, M4A, FLAC, AIFF, and OGG. For video conversion, options include formats such as HEVC MP4 and HEVC MKV, along with common formats such as MP4 and MOV.
- Device-ready output formats are included.
- A cutter trims or crops clips.
The built-in browser and cutter handle media tasks
The browser lets users visit video and audio sharing sites inside YT Saver, then download supported content from those pages. The cutter provides controls for trimming and cropping online videos and saving the result in a selected format.
A Private Mode option stores downloaded content in a password-protected folder. This setting is intended to restrict access to saved videos and audio on the computer.
