Want a Logitech mouse button to start a different action in each app, or a gesture to control media playback? Logitech Options lets you customize supported Logitech mice, keyboards, and touchpads from a Windows interface that displays your devices on screen.
What can you customize?
Select an on-screen device to reach its available controls. For supported mice, Logitech Options can assign different actions to buttons and adjust settings such as scroll-wheel behavior and cursor speed. On Logitech keyboards, the function keys can be given custom actions.
Gesture-enabled mice can use a designated button to trigger actions through directional movement. Hold that button and sweep the mouse in one of four directions to open Task View, control music or video, or pan, zoom and rotate.
How do app-specific settings work?
On supported mice, button assignments can change with the active application. For example, a forward button can start or stop video in Zoom, while a back button can mute or unmute the microphone. Logitech Options also supports app-specific button settings for Microsoft Teams and other apps, so the same mouse controls can serve different functions in different workflows.

Flow, device status, and saved settings
Logitech Flow connects supported Logitech devices across two or three computers. Move the cursor to the edge of one screen to switch to another computer; Flow can also transfer text, images, and files through copy and paste.
Notifications and Status surfaces device details such as battery level, keyboard backlighting, and Caps Lock. For Easy-Switch keyboards, it can show which computers are paired with the numbered channels. An Options account can back up device settings to the cloud, allowing a backup to be retrieved when setting up a device on another computer.
Logitech no longer maintains Options. Existing Microsoft Office or Adobe plugins continue to work, but new installations of those plugins fail.
