Use Samsung Galaxy Buds with a laptop and miss the phone app's controls? Samsung's free Galaxy Buds app for Windows shows battery levels, switches noise cancellation, changes the equalizer, remaps touch controls and updates the earbuds' firmware from your PC.
Pairing and device status
To connect, enable Bluetooth on the PC and open the Galaxy Buds case. The app can then connect to the earbuds automatically. Once connected, it displays the remaining battery for each earbud and the charging case, so you can see their status in one place.
Supported models include the Galaxy Buds Live, Buds Pro and the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro. Available settings depend on the connected earbuds.
What can you customize?
Sound and listening controls are grouped with device settings. Adjust the equalizer, turn active noise cancellation on or off, and change accessibility options. The app also provides a way to update the earbuds’ firmware from the Windows desktop.
