How does Folge turn a task into steps?
Choose a window, a screen region, or the full display, then perform the task as usual. Folge captures a screenshot at each mouse click and marks the click location, creating an ordered sequence to build on. Captures can also be triggered with hotkeys or key combinations.
The resulting steps appear in an editor where you can add titles and descriptions, change their order, remove steps, or insert new ones. Nested steps provide extra detail under a main instruction, and callouts can add a warning, tip, or note between steps.
How can you clarify or protect a screenshot?
Folge includes image annotations for pointing readers to the relevant part of each screen. Add arrows, shapes, text, or numbered markers; magnify an area; or crop a screenshot to focus attention. Blur tools can obscure private details such as names or account information.
