The campaign window combines a contact list, message composer, live preview, and controls for sending or scheduling a WhatsApp campaign. WhatSender Pro uses this workspace to organize recipients and prepare personalized messages, including messages with attached files.
How do you prepare a campaign?
Import contacts from an Excel or CSV file, then map columns for names, phone numbers, and message variables. The contact table can include fields such as a name, number, and tag. In the composer, add personalized fields like [[Full Name]] or [[Var1]] so each recipient can receive a message with their own details.
- Attach images, PDFs, or videos to a campaign.
- Use the live preview to see how the message will appear.
- Choose Send Now or set a date and time for scheduled sending.
Sending modes and connected accounts
Before sending, select a sending mode. Safe Mode targets contacts you have chatted with before; Blind Mode sends to imported contacts. Account Rotation cycles between connected WhatsApp profiles. The Meta Cloud API option sends through a connected Meta Business app and does not require a browser session.
Auto-replies and AI agents
Auto Reply rules match incoming messages to keywords and send configured responses. A welcome message can greet new contacts. For more flexible replies, online AI agents can use providers such as OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, or Claude; a training area accepts business reference files, including PDFs, CSVs, and documents.
The app also includes an offline, rule-based chatbot builder for keyword responses and nested menus. These rules do not need an AI provider connection.
