Create rich HTML messages and newsletters, then send them to a target audience from a mailing list. e-Campaign sends a separate copy to each address, so recipients see only their own address in the To field.
Mail merge can personalize the subject and message body, as well as attachments. Different images can also be embedded for different recipients. Conditional mail merge supports messages that vary according to recipient data.
Bring subscriber data into a list
Use supported database sources such as Access, Excel, SQL Server, and MySQL to work with mailing-list data. List tools include duplicate-address removal and exclusion lists, which keep selected addresses out of a campaign.
Schedule delivery and follow results
Set up email scheduling for campaigns that should go out later. Delivery controls include throttling and load balancing across multiple SMTP servers; a built-in SMTP server is also available. TLS is supported for email transport.
