UltraViewer for Windows

When someone needs help with a Windows setting, having them describe the screen over the phone can slow down troubleshooting. UltraViewer lets a helper connect to the other PC using its displayed ID and password, then work while the person at that computer can see the session.

Connect with the displayed ID and password

The person receiving help opens UltraViewer and gives the helper the ID and password shown in the program. The helper enters those details in their own UltraViewer and selects Connect to start controlling the remote PC. This exchange gives the person at the remote computer a direct role in granting access.

Chat and exchange files during a session

UltraViewer has a chat window for messages between the two participants while remote control is active. The chat can be shown or hidden with F1 by default, or with a hotkey the user sets. Files can also be sent and received through that window, keeping the transfer alongside the support conversation.

Work across several connected computers

UltraViewer supports controlling multiple computers at the same time and sharing a screen with multiple computers. During remote support, the person being helped can watch the helper's actions and take control when needed. These options suit sessions where several machines need attention or more than one participant needs to view a screen.
